Once we’ve confirmed our availability, we’ll invite you to book a relaxed 1:1 Zoom consultation to explore your vision and priorities, and curate a floral proposal that feels right for you, your venue, and your day. One complimentary revision is included, if needed, before securing your date in our calendar.
Three months out, we’ll meet via Zoom to refine colour palettes, styling details, and décor. This ensures a cohesive love story that flows beautifully from your invitations through to the floral experience on the day.
Five to six weeks out, we’ll meet for our final Zoom session to secure your design plans, lock in floral quantities, and confirm the trusted vendors we’ll be working alongside, ensuring your vision is aligned across every detail.
